air is blown into the moulds
the mould is complete and coated for the kiln
the 'fragile' salt and pepper shaker sets are left to dry in kiln
Hum, just a question : how do you avoid salt and pepper to mix each other ? When I look at the mould, the two spaces can communicate ? Is that right ?

to Bull -
when you buy the salt and pepper shaker it is empty. after the breaking you fill the shakers and then use.
to Jess-
there is a rubber stoper in each shaker to fill and refill. you break it once, and use it forever
