the ‘fumée’ by asaf dahan, is an indoor smoker that, without compromising any of the food or technique’s unique flavor, enables the smoking of food at home. with two main ceramic parts, the filter keeps the house fume clean and smell free. its metal bottom provides a wide and stable base that can fit any stove hob, and transfers the heat to the wood chips that are placed inside. these chips are measured and designed to the exact size needed for fitting and for a perfect cooking environment. with a capacity that can feed four to six people, the ‘fumée’ indoor smoker can prepare the food in 30 minutes to four hours, depending on the smoking required.
