[FEATURED]
‘bao bao spatial interior design’ by issey miyakethe interior covered with bilbao pattern – gradually changing in composition
as a handbag, bilbao by japanese fashion designer issey miyake is comprised of the repeated triangular pieces – where the longitudinal interior wall space embodies this characteristic by spreading it all over the wall. the interactive faced by tokyo-based moment design has two faces – black and white, contrasting the productline due to its mono-tone background. the colored pieces appear to dance in rhythm, where passersby would enjoy the double-sided image. rather than using shelves, hanger rails, or display cases for the installation, a long bench is implemented for showcasing purposes.
