metaphorical street hand intervention
developed by artists octavi serra and mateu targa in collaboration with daniel llugany and pau garcia, ‘hands’ reflects on the metaphorical and physical representation of politicians and how they do their jobs. cast in silicon rubber, molded hands are conceived in different positions that imply certain ironies based on their gesture.the finished pieces are then located through-out the city with the surrounding environment informing the context of each piece.
