Detachable sample guitar LAVA GENIE
A sampler guitar without strings is exactly what LAVA GENIE is. It might be a dream come true for air guitar players because this time, they can use the musical instrument by touching and tapping on the fingerboard to use it. They can also bring it anywhere because the sampler guitar is detachable and foldable, splitting in two parts so they can all fit in a carry-on bag. When users lock all the parts in, they can sit down and begin to play.
There’s a TapPad replacing the ends of the strings. It’s located next to the arpeggio section, and here, the users just glide their thumb over it to play the sounds. The stringless fingerboard is customizable and can extend to up to 21 chords. LAVA GENIE supports external audio equipment. In case the users don’t have any, the sampler guitar has its own onboard speaker, so their audience can still hear what they’re playing. This speaker is bass powered and comes with a dual-driver full range audio system, so the wide-range frequency can ring out in a space.
Ai-based app system to transcribe personal songs with chords
LAVA GENIE is suitable for all kinds of players. LAVA MUSIC develops a companion app so users can access thousands of licensed songs to jam with. It’s also on this app that they can learn to play songs as it guides them on the chords and notes on the sampler guitar. For those who are starting out, they might find the interactive lights on top of the fingerboard useful because it can help them identify which chord to press.
The company has also developed its own AI-based system that transcribes the users’ personal songs into a lyric sheet with chords, so they can play it on the sampler guitar. When the players aren’t up for toying around, they can also use the app for preset styles, from acoustic, electric, and synthetic to pop rock and electronic. On a single charge, LAVA GENIE can last for up to six hours of playing. Shipping for the sampler guitar begins in November 2024.
