‘create your world’ is an interactive installation, created and designed by architects raanan stern and shoval shekrel for the 2013 holon design week.located at the foot of the holon museum, the intervention is first of its kind, allowing any visitor to modify and assemble their own design space.featuring a collection of 20 known objects designed over the past 150 years, each piece has undergone the abstraction of form and color. all objects are translated into wooden pallets covered with primary and complementary color palettes.

assembled like an inflated children’s game, the final results are then presented on top of white modular platforms. conceived at different heights, they move on rails, enclosed in a wooden frame. a small pavilion is built from the remainder of the wood-stock with an index of pictures and text. the exhibition includes classic designs such as the ‘barcelona chair’ by mies van der rohe  and contemporary work such as philippe starck’s ‘light gun’.
