swedish studio, form us with love has collaborated with manufacturing company, ateljé lyktan to create ‘hood’, an object that was designed for the trios new studio space. intended to be both a light source and a sound barrier in the vast environment, the oversized pendant uses thick felt to form the halo-like shape.

consisting of a series of tapered and slightly bowed panels, the modular system is able to expand to any desired size. each each two-dimensional component links to the next in a continuous circle allowing it to become a customizable object.
