the practice of filipino designer kenneth cobonpue is deeply embedded in traditional crafts, particularly that of working with leather, fibre and wood materials. his ‘cabaret’ collection of sofas and armchairs consist of a steel framework in which fabric tubes are woven to create a structural pattern which serves as the base, back and sides supports of the seating designs. the elegant webbed forms are available in versions for indoors (polyester fabric, reticulated foam available in: charcoal, plum, sand) and outdoors (acrylic fabric, reticulated foam available in: yellow, pale gray, silver).
