rotating conical-shaped solar panels by v3solar
v3solar has developed a ‘spin cell’ capable of generating over 20 times more electricity than a static flat panel solar panel. using a combination of concentrating lenses and dynamic spin cycles, the project implements two-cone shaped lenses which are made up of hundreds of triangular photo-voltaic cells that evenly collect light from the sun with rotating panels.
the static hermetically-sealed outer lens is comprised of a series of interlocking rings and a number of tubular lenses equally distributed around the outside surface, which eliminates excessive heat problems often associated with stationary systems using mirrors or lenses. a ‘dynamic flash rate’ focuses a greater volume of solar energy which is caused by the hyper-excitment of electrons, ultimately creating more electricity. the conical shape associated with the system captures more light throughout the day without the need for tracking. from this, advanced electronics intelligently harvest the electrons in pulses of energy, further increasing production.
