JAILmake: four day chairs

‘morning’

four different chairs, one for each time of the day, all made within four days. UK studio JAILmake‘s ‘four day chairs’ are each made from solid ash and individually carved into desired form. the progression of the designs, from morning-noon-afternoon-evening, is apparent in the size and style of the seating pieces. from a low-rocker, mid-back chair, high-back rocker and deep-seat lounger, each one has been conceived according to the time of day they are meant to represent, resulting in a visually cohesive collection.
