the flowing 1,314m-squared structure houses a restaurant and all necessary yacht club facilities across its two floors, and has a private marina with slips for up to 43 vessels.

yevpatoria is a coastal city located in the crimea region, currently disputed between ukraine and russia. along the water front, is the ‘yacht club’ a 1,314m2 restaurant and club facility. designed by rastvorgroup, it is composed of stylobate reinforced concrete and glued wooden panelling. the flowing structure is subdivided into two distinct sections. on the top floor (second), there is a restaurant capable of seating anywhere between 100 and 138. the openly organized roof also allows for various functions as may be needed by the yacht organization. sharing the floor, are quarters for the in-residence instructor.

down on the first level, are located all necessary facilities and services. out back, there is a decked area for recreation and relaxing, which leads directly to the docks. the small private harbor is separated amongst two docks for a total of 43 slips. ‘yacht club’ is also accessible by land, in a western-facing parking lot for up to 22 vehicles.
