sunday driving just got righteously more enjoyable with the ferrari’s latest convertible. the italian luxury maker’s newest model ‘488 spider’, is composed of a mid reared 3902 cc turbo charged V8 that creates a soundtrack worthy of a grammy award. going from zero to 100 km/h in three seconds flat, the power house tops out at 760 Nm, and completely eliminates the traditional turbo lag with a throttle response time of just 0.8 seconds. the retractable hard top offers a much lighter construction, superior noise reduction and wind protection compared to a traditional soft top.

the car includes LED front and rear headlights
the chassis is made of eleven different aluminum alloys, that yields the same torsional rigidity and beam stiffness figures as the coupé version. maranello’s engineers managed to achieve optimal downforce and reduced drag by introducing innovative devices including a blown spoiler and an aerodynamic underbody that incorporates vortex generators. thanks to its attention to details, the ferrari ‘488 spider’ is remarkable easy to drive to the limit even on the most demanding of roads.
