modo’s .6mm beta titanium frames have been re-imagined by milanese designer valerio sommella. ‘VS1’ emphasizes the relation between frame and lens, making clear the contrast and proportion between the two elements.

the collection includes optical and sun eyewear, with lenses housed in a TR 90 polyamide rim that warrants easy lens insertion. ‘VS1’ is composed of six models, each drawing a name from milan — where sommella lives and works.
