laurent rosset, a digital art director based in denmark, explores themes of nature and body through his new collection of photomanipulations. the artist, who trained as an architcect, confidently blends scale and perspective, themes developed from his previous series, ‘the sky is flat‘.

fog off
titled ‘fog off’, the images focus on the element to capture a feeling of magic and curiosity whilst rosset‘s choice of titles enhances their confrontational compositions. the edits merge various landscapes with seductive silhouettes to limit their depth and create a surreal subject matter. developed in post-production the landscapes are distorted to limit the eye and stunt one journey of imagination in favour of another.
