designer's own words:

Each wine must be enjoyed at its right temperature, some reds at 17°, some whites at 8°, etc. That’s why I designed this single bottle wine chiller.
The device is kept in the kitchen, on its charging base, and you can take it to the table while it maintains the desired temperature.
