designer's own words:

'light of wind' is headlight and turn signal of bicycle. lighting system needs electric energy. so, 'light of wind' has vertical aerogenerator. vertical aerogenerator has high efficiency to make electric energy, more than windmill type aerogenerator. 'light of wind' supply headlight and turn signal to cycler. so, cycler get enjoyable and safe cycling.
