FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti expands maxfine collection
Interpreted in its many and varied forms, nature has always been an inspiration for FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti. For 2022, the ceramic surfaces Brand from Iris Ceramica Group expands its MaxFine collection with granite-effect textures. The four large panels, Alaska White, Deep Norway, Celeste Aran, and Labradorite, capture the charm of volcanic rocks with bold streaks that animate every type of room, be it a modern kitchen, a classic living room, or even a public space. Speaking of animation, the antibacterial and self-cleaning surfaces can also be integrated with Hypertouch– the automation system of sensors that allows lighting and temperature control, as well as the opening and closing of doors and windows.

Alaska White, Deep Norway, Celeste Aran, and Labradorite
Ever since it was founded, FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti has pursued the goal of producing the rarest marbles and stones at its factory using cutting-edge technology and environmentally friendly practices. Drawing on years of experience and through ongoing creative experimentation, the range of MaxFine large slabs has been expanded to include a new granite-effect collection. Alaska White, Deep Norway, Celeste Aran, and Labradorite are the four FMG families that can dress boutiques, spas, residential or public spaces – both walls and floors.

each of the four textures is exclusively made from selected natural raw materials that are free of toxic substances (Granito Alaska White MaxFine)
the textures come in the Active Surfaces® and hypertouch versions
Each of the four families of the collection is exclusively made from selected natural raw materials that are free of toxic substances and processed in zero-emission plants. To add to that, upon request, the textures are available in the Active Surfaces® version, the eco-active surface that is not only antibacterial and antiviral, but also has anti-pollution, anti-odor and self-cleaning properties. If integrated with Hypertouch too, the products become smart surfaces through an integrated system of home automation sensors controlling lighting, temperature, audio-video systems, as well as the opening and closing of windows and doors.

Granito Alaska White MaxFine is available in the Honed and Lapped finishes
The bold aesthetic of volcanic rocks takes shape with the Granito Alaska White MaxFine. With a distinctive personality, the slabs are decorated in light and dark brown streaks adding movement to the beige background. Produced in several formats, the surfaces with the unpredictable patterns are available in the Honed finish for a classic style and the Lapped finish for an elegant, three-dimensional effect.

Deep Norway MaxFine is suited to both residential and contract settings
Deep Norway MaxFine, FMG’s latest granite-effect texture, is the result of a combination of state-of-the-art technology and meticulous research into quarry stones. With its dark grey, medium-grained background and white speckles, it conjures up ancient times while maintaining a contemporary feel. Suited to both residential and commercial settings, and from floor to wall tiling, the surface is enhanced by the Glint finish, a polished and shiny texture.

Labradorite MaxFine gets its name from the Labrador Peninsula in Canada, where the original material is extracted
The granite effect grows stronger with the Labradorite MaxFine – the surface combining the archaic charm of quarry stones with the high-performance qualities of FMG’s technical porcelain stoneware. The product gets its name from the Labrador Peninsula in Canada, where the original material can be extracted. The dark texture is characterized by a striking interplay of shades with metallic reflections ranging from blue to green, with touches of ochre. Sophisticated and intense, its special combination of colors fills spaces with a magnetic energy.

Produced in several formats, Labradorite MaxFine is available in the Glint finish which, with its polished and shiny effect, highlights its texture. The slabs are easy to lay and clean, waterproof, resistant to abrasion and chemicals, and remain unchanged over time; features that also make them extremely ductile and flexible. For this reason, they can be used to enhance walls and floors, to enrich architectural details or to create custom furnishings such as kitchen and bathroom countertops, backsplashes, tables and console tables.

Celeste Aran MaxFine is inspired by granite quarried in the Pyrenees, in the Val d’Aran
Inspired by granite quarried in the Pyrenees, in the Val d’Aran after which it is named, Celeste Aran MaxFine has a grey-blue granular texture with white shading, which gives it its distinctive look. Complementing both classic and modern styles, the texture comes in five different formats and is available in the Lapped and Honed finishes. The slabs can be conventionally laid on floors and walls or adapted for application design, proving the versatility of the surface. It is not only resistant to temperature changes and wear and tear, but is also waterproof, easy to clean, and remains unaltered over time.

the textures are available in the eco-friendly Active Surfaces® version as well as the Hypertouch automation system (Deep Norway MaxFine)
