situated directly across from hudson river park, and accessed off the cobblestone vestry street, 70 vestry offers residents 180-degree views that take in rockefeller park, ellis island, and the statue of liberty. stern’s design of the building itself references some of the city’s great apartment houses, with oversized windows that pay homage to tribeca’s warehouse architecture.
