all the common areas are arranged on the first floor, while the second level consists of a master bedroom, kids’ bedroom, and a bathroom. in the prayer room, a triangular window trims the volume; aaksen designed an inscription with the name of god in arabic written on the window, which throws a shadow on the room’s interior.
