2+1bruno rollet‘s first of the two konekti houses, incorporates a surrounding promenade sheltered from bad weather, while residents can enter via a glasshouse that creates a strong connection to the outside world. the single-story, 120 sqm structure features a planted flat roof and profits from the latest automation technologies linked to the home environment (home ergonomics, fall prevention systems, etc.) particularly, the house is linked to the geriatrics unit in the neighboring polyclinic through telemedicine equipment, which helps avoid a large number of hospital visits.
