located in berlin, the ‘building berlin‘ complex has announced they would open the doors to the public in 2014 for leasing. originally designed as imperial telegraph office, the renovation extends over 11,500 square metres. the ensemble combines a protected monument raised in 1877 and a transparent glass-and-steel annex built in the year 2000.  two impressive glass-roofed atrium areas connect historic and new buildings, and provide space for up to 750 people.

  • Seems a shame to limit it to an office building – would make a great event space!
