castle house skyscraper, by hamiltons of london, is a new residential development to be situated in elephant and castle in south london which aims to set the standard for the design quality of the regeneration of the area. the development consists of two buildings – a 5 story pavilion building and 43 story, 147m tall tower. the tower aims to achieve an ecohomes assessment rating of ‘excellent’ by employing a combined heat and power plant, and three 9m diameter wind turbines.
