Kruk Architekci sets MP_II House within natural setting in Poland

MP_II House by Kruk Architekci is designed as a discreet retreat for its residents, nestled within a natural setting in Poland. The residential project prioritizes integration with the environment, featuring a low-rise structure clad in charred wood siding. Positioned amidst trees, the L-shaped layout delineates the daytime and private areas. A skylight echoes this form, casting gentle, diffused light into the interior.

expansive glass openings connect interior and exterior spaces

The extension of eaves beyond the volume by Kruk Architekci studio creates shelter for a terrace adjacent to the living room. Through expansive sliding glass doors, the boundary between interior and exterior spaces becomes subtle, while wooden pillars support the overhang, contributing to the structure’s harmonious assimilation into the natural surroundings.
