Drawing from a modern take on the traditional courtyard, the heart of the house welcomes visitors within an open circular space, surrounded by a vibrant tropical garden, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The social area boasts a transparent design, integrating the living/dining space with the expansive pool terrace, ideal for hosting family gatherings and embracing the outdoor area. The private areas ensure tranquility and intimacy with strategically placed windows while enjoying the natural vistas.

The CR House embraces the principles of Biophilic Design

The design incorporates three bedrooms with walk-in closets and bathrooms, separate study areas, ample social space, a service apartment, a garage, and storage areas.
