located in russia, the ‘moscow view’ designed by international practice gensler will become the tallest observation wheel in the world upon construction. with a diameter of 220 meters, tourists will view the city and landscape from individual cabins which move along a rail system, eliminating the internal spokes typically found in ferris wheels. an adjacent spire will reach 320 meters and the circular base will contain restaurants, retail spaces, galleries and concert halls.

exceeding the height of the singapore flyer and london eye, the project will cost an estimated 300 million USD. its exact location within the city is still under consideration.
