green concept adds a patterned brick façade to house 45 in vietnam

green concept has completed house 45, a residential project in vietnam. located in the middle of small alley with just 50 square meters of land, the family house features three levels filled with light that allocate three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a small playground.

because of the small plot, the owner asked green concept to make sure house 45 would be able to accommodate full features for the family. therefore, the first level features an open space that holds the living room and kitchen, allowing the kids to be observed at all times. the owners also asked for an airy, neat, minimalistic space filled with sunshine and good ventilation that resulted in a close-shaped house that is open inside.

‘thus, with the given requirements, we combined plants with raw color materials such as: red brick tone and a cement wall outside to paint a natural and rustic exterior,’ comments green concept. ‘the main highlight of the interior is wood; the wall was painted white to help the space become wider and more luxurious. the economic problem is the point that we are most satisfied with in the design of 45 house. the cost of building for the house was very reasonable for the young couple. at the same time, the front of the house is also distinctive and prominent in the small alley.’
