luxury fashion label saint laurent has opened a new store in the italian city of milan, with interiors designed by the brand’s creative director hedi slimane. continuing the refined style of saint laurent’s other flagship outlets, the scheme boasts highly polished marble surfaces, interrupted with a series of reflective and transparent furnishings. a central staircase clad with vertical slats is found at the heart of the volume, surrounded by carefully positioned display units and cantilevered seating that protrudes from the structure’s marbled walls.
