the scheme is envisioned as a landmark building, that integrates naturally within the city’s existing urban fabric. internally, the apartments are custom finished by local firm de novo. each residence has floor-to-ceiling windows that provide panoramic views of warsaw and are fitted with an integrated home monitoring system controlled by key pads and mobile devices. this allows each resident to control custom settings for temperatures, blinds, lighting, music, and TV sets.
