cameroonian architect hermann kamte incorporates his love of philosophy in his latest ‘regeneration of the lake chad’ project. having observed the ecosystem’s patterns, kamte deduced that ecological catastrophes have resulted in the disappearance of fauna and flora and will soon dry out the lakes of the sahara desert. to resolve the issue, the LCBC’s (lake chad basin commission) main purpose is to sustainably manage lake chad and other shared water resources.
