new images have been revealed of the fasano residences + hotel miami beach, designed by brazilian architect isay weinfeld. the project, which will mark the first fasano to debut in the US, features a boutique, 85-room hotel alongside 67 residences that share three acres of amenities. weinfeld — who has a longstanding relationship with fasano, having designed three of their existing hotels — is also responsible for the project’s interiors.

developed by real estate firm HFZ capital group, the scheme includes three towers — the tallest of which climbs to a total of 22 floors. all residences feature bulthaup cabinetry, custom calacatta marble countertops and backsplashes, bulthaup faucets and gaggenau kitchen appliances.
the scheme features a boutique 85 room hotel alongside 67 residences

the property includes three 2-story poolside beach houses, and two 2-story oceanfront dwellings. each features a private plunge pool, a sauna, and spa therapy room. other amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness facility with yoga and personal training rooms, as well as a spa and wellness center.

residences and beach houses are priced from $2 million to over $10 million USD, with a one of a kind triplex penthouse crowing the development. the scheme’s gardens are being designed by landscape specialist enzo enea. fasano residences + hotel miami beach is expected to be completed in the 4th quarter of 2018.
