upon entering ‘the green spot’, guests move through a long hall lined with oak paneling, and past an atrium filled with plants and other vegetation. the restaurant’s main room is an open and welcoming space, filled with wooden dining tables and low-slung couches. the interior scheme exemplifies isay weinfeld’s keen attention to detail, with the carefully selected pieces of furniture presented in harmony with the building’s architecture.

the bar, which serves drinks until 2am on saturdays and sundays, hosts live music performances on tuesdays and thursdays. the restaurant is owned by en compañía de lobos, the personal project of entrepreneur tomás tarruella. the company — who owns a number of eateries across barcelona, as well as further afield — seeks to create unique restaurants, each with their own personality.
