the museum of art at the washington state university in pullman, washington is featuring a retrospective exhibition of the work of jim olson of seattle-based architecture firm olson kundig architects. residential projects from the architect’s 45 year long career, beginning with the inception of his practice in 1966 and the current joint partnership in 1970. constructed within the northwest region of the united states, settings include the scenic puget sound and downtown area. the exhibit includes process notebooks demonstrating the sketching phases to develop his ideas and large photographs, models and installations of the realized forms.
