japanese keisuke fujiwara design office recently completed 2 minato pharmacies in tokyo. the first was designed primarily out of wood. shelves are fixed to the walls at various heights and also includes a floating bench for waiting customers. the colors used on the feature wall are that of the brand.

the second pharmacy is mainly composed of white colored material and accented colors of the brand’s image is used on the floor. systematic shelves are lined on the wall.

  • impressive interior for a pharmacy. not like any i seen in tokyo or elsewhere, save maybe buj+colón arquitectos’ farmacia la puebla 15

    g says:
  • From the first one I like the sight of the squire-boxed-wall. But it doesn’t really look like a pharmacy, not clean enough in my opinion. The second one does more.

    anonymous says:
  • They both look great, and work well as an image, the problem i see is that they dont have mutch flexibility, the shelfs are fixed, so the owners dont have mutch choice in changing the products.
