the lanes residences is sunland group’s first apartment development within a 42-hectare master planned community at mermaid lakes, where sunland is delivering a community and leisure-lifestyle retail village over the course of the next decade. the lanes residences will deliver four boutique lakefront apartment buildings at the heart of the future retail village. each mid-rise residential structure comprises between 70 and 80 apartments, each with a selection of one-, two-, and three-bedroom luxury apartments and penthouses.

the development will be launched to the market in early 2020

the project has been designed by contreras earl architecture, a sydney-based firm led by rafael contreras morales and monica earl. in london, contreras worked under zaha hadid and patrik schumacher at zaha hadid architects, while earl worked for foster + partners, carmody groarke, and farshid moussavi. resident amenities at the lanes residences include a pool, outdoor terrace and barbecue areas, a lounge, a sauna, and a gym. the development will be launched to the market in early 2020.
