a fifteen meter tall climbing wall is backed by a large window to let onlookers see climbers reach the top. the elevation’s solid appearance is due to rule by the netherlands olympic committee, eliminating any reflections caused by daylight. four of the five halls are elevated to the first floor allowing the perimeter of the ground level to be enclosed entirely with glass. the fifth hall is centrally located while glass walls between interior spaces adds transparency to introduce views of sport from all locations. educational rooms are able to be screened during the building’s recreational use during weekends.
