envisioned for a clifftop site outside of papallacta in ecuador, sebastian benitez of NADA studio has conceived WTBA house to combine the solidity of concrete with the warmth of wood and the lightness of glass. the concept proposes a low, single-story residence with a huge cantilevered master bedroom. designed for a young client who enjoys being alone, the house strategically divides the social areas from the intimate spaces.

at one side of the house is the living room and the stairs that take you to the roof, where you’ll find the social pool and a terrace to enjoy with friends. at the other side, which is divided by the garage, is the kitchen and the master bedroom behind it, where you have a private infinty pool to enjoy exercising right above the cliff. the master suite also boasts a walk-in closet that leads to the master bathroom. surrounded by glass, a dip in this bathtub will make you feel like you’re floating over the edge of the cliff.
