Oceaya, created by investor and entrepreneur Daniels Ikajevs, in collaboration with Waterstudio.NL and Prospect Design International, unveils the world’s first floating transformable entertainment venue set to launch in 2025. A modular, multi-purpose structure, Oceaya offers dynamic experiences, seamlessly relocating across the globe, making it a versatile destination for various activities, including a day lounge, nightclub, restaurant, cinema, and more. Aiming to revolutionize entertainment and hospitality, Oceaya emphasizes sustainability and authentic experiences. Launching in 2025, it will travel to several destinations worldwide during high seasons, catering to diverse needs.

Waterstudio.NL and Prospect Design International join forces

Designed by Waterstudio.NL architects, engineered by MEYER Floating Solutions, and crafted by Prospect Design International, Oceaya boasts limitless design and functionality, scaling from 4,000 sqft/370 sqm to over 12,000 sqft/1,115 sqm. Founder Daniels Ikajevs envisions Oceaya as ‘a testament to limitless design and entertainment possibilities.’ The platform’s transformative ability and commitment to sustainability reflect a new paradigm in real estate. Beyond entertainment, Oceaya is dedicated to environmental responsibility, using eco-conscious materials and supporting scientific research on marine ecosystems. The venue will facilitate access for researchers and fund projects combating climate change, sea-level rise, and preserving marine life. Ikajevs expresses the project’s driving passion for innovation, hinting at future venues that promise new, unimaginable, and immersive experiences across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, and Asia.
