One Domino Square, a new luxury condominium development designed by the renowned Selldorf Architects, has risen on the Brooklyn waterfront alongside the iconic Williamsburg Bridge. The architecture stands out for its facade of iridescent, pearl-like porcelain, which will bring a soft lightness to the neighborhood’s largely industrial urban fabric.

This 39-story tower joins a neighboring 55-story rental skyscraper to form a cohesive 700,000-square-foot complex. Together, the project marks the third ground-up residential addition to the Domino Sugar Factory site, and is part of Two Trees Management’s ongoing revival of the area into a vibrant mixed-use neighborhood. One Domino Square offers 160 condominiums for purchase, designed by architect Annabelle Selldorf, which range from one-bedroom units to expansive three-bedroom residences covering over 2,700 square feet. Several penthouses open onto sweeping views across the East River and toward the Manhattan skyline beyond. The two towers are connected by a seven-story podium, which will house retail space on the ground floor and a staggering 45,000 square feet of amenities spread across five floors.

Inside One Domino Square, residents can expect a luxury living experience, as the Annabelle Selldorf-designed building hosts suite of amenities designed for relaxation, recreation, and productivity. Outdoor spaces include three landscaped terraces, one featuring a heated pool and sundeck overlooking Domino Park, another with a central lawn, and eight semi-private entertaining areas with grills. Residents will find a state-of-the-art aquatics center with a pool, cold plunge, steam room, sauna, and treatment rooms. The building also features a fitness center, yoga studio, and social lounges with fireplaces, a media room, game rooms, a library, and a co-working space with dedicated work areas and conference booths.
