inside the meyer davis-designed interiors for OMA's one park grove in miami

new renderings have been revealed of ‘one park grove’, a luxury residential tower in miami designed by OMA. the high-rise is the final and most exclusive building in the three-towered community, a 5.2 acre neighborhood named park grove. the project forms OMA’s first commercial residential undertaking in the united states, and is characterized by faceted concrete columns that function as the tower’s exoskeleton. the design references the form of florida’s barrier islands, with undulating façades that promote ventilation and daylight. the tower’s interiors have been designed by meyer davis, a new york–based design studio who specialize in residential and hospitality environments.

the neighborhood also includes a pair of towers designed by bjarke ingels group

flooded with natural light, the predominantly open-plan residences are adorned with high quality furnishings and natural materials such as wood, glass, and stone. the community will also include kitchens and baths by william sofield, a restaurant concept from michael schwartz, an amenities program curated by lifestyle specialist colin cowie, and two-acres of private gardens designed by landscape architects enea. the condominium complex is being developed by terra group and related group, and is expected to be completed by 2018. see designboom’s previous coverage of the project here.
