designed by PSA arquitetura, ‘casa ferraz’ is a building located in sao paulo, brazil. the project, with a structure made of concrete and stone, and following clean and straight lines, reinforces the idea behind the concept: less is more. a special attention was paid to achieve stability between darkness and light, adding large window frames that let natural light flood the interiors.

the building is a 21-floor construction that houses from the 1st to the 10th floor, two apartments per level. from the 11th to the 18th each plan holds a unique residence, and finally on the 19th floor, a triplex penthouse occupies the remaining top space, including surrounding terraces with impressive views of the sao paulo skyline. the ‘casa ferraz’ project resulted in a successful dwelling that not only houses beautiful apartments with terraces and views but one that stands in the city, projecting luminosity to the neighborhood and adjacent public spaces.
