israeli firm sharon neuman architects have completed the ‘kibuts house’, a brick home in the form of a cube in israel. a detached pergola adjacent to the structure maintains a clean rectilinear exterior while protecting outdoor dining area with views to a water-saving garden. an open ground level with a joined entry, kitchen, dining and living spaces. a double-storey ceiling above the stairway allows it to wrap the space, leading into a corridor of bedrooms. the master suite is defined by diversely hued free-standing partition walls to enclose the bed, bathroom and closet.
