Spectrum’s Agarani Estate in Ruispiri, Kakheti, is a 54-room hotel blending traditional Georgian architecture with modern hospitality standards. Spanning 3,770 m², it draws on local stone, brick, clay, and wood, with intricate ornaments and furniture reflecting the region’s heritage. Highlights include a wine cellar, tasting room, and a cultural museum in the basement, alongside lounges, a restaurant, and guest spaces. Agarani Estate offers guests an authentic Georgian experience where ancient craftsmanship meets contemporary comfort.

The house fuses modern minimalism with industrial style, featuring bold geometric forms, cantilevers, and an infinity pool with glass walls that extend the living space into panoramic views. Materials like exposed concrete and metal harmonize with nature, while functional zoning ensures privacy, comfort, and fluid circulation. The result is a striking, contemporary residence blending architectural innovation with environmental harmony.
