‘YS-house’ is a single family home designed by tai_tai studio in yotukaidou-city, chiba, japan. made for two motorcycle lovers, its most dominate feature is a double-height garage and studio space that bears the sign ‘VR/46’ — referencing italian motoGP champion valentino rossi. inside, spaces are distributed uniformly around a small inner courtyard. all spaces can be accessed directly through the open area, giving ‘YS-house’ a sense of unity.
