h2 is a handle characterized by a “seamless” shape not attributable to any specific geometric form, which gives the object a sculptural aspect. the handle is relatively pointed towards the tip where the hand is placed, but becomes more consistent lower down, also including in this section the dowel which connects the” lever” to the rose. it is at this point (the junction between the lever and rose) that a particular aspect is displayed. the handle “extends” to touch the border of the rose both in the resting position and during the rotation of the opening of the door. in some way, the project aims to overcome the lever concept –as a separate shape -and the rose on which the lever hinges.
