też architekci has revealed designs to remodel a dwelling in poland, which was originally built in the 1970s. located near the city of poznań, the property is defined by its almost cuboid form, with two storeys above ground and a subterranean basement. the client wanted a residence that placed an emphasis on raw materials, natural light, and a clear connection between the home’s interior and exterior.

też architekci sought to reuse the property’s storage areas to create a more functional living environment. the plans involve removing the ceiling between the lower storey and the basement. ‘by filling up the basement we established new ground floor which is now located on the level of the garden surrounding the area,’ explain the architects.

consequently, the new ground floor boasts higher ceilings, and contains the living room and its connected kitchen and dining areas. meanwhile, the upper level contains three bedrooms and the main bathroom. large square windows, positioned across each of the four elevations, allow natural light to enter the dwelling.

previously, też architekci has envisaged an all-black country retreat, again with photorealistic renderings by rzemiosło architektoniczne.
