landing in denia, alicante, for their latest project, spanish studio wanna one takes on the challenge of creating a futuristic coworking space that has never been seen before: knowhere. indeed, this play on words hints at the idea of sharing knowledge in an unprecedented office environment. a brave project located in the marina alta region, it looks to satisfy within a single space the different needs of local entrepreneurs and people that use the city as a hub.

initially, wanna one has developed 360° — an image and marketing consultancy that embraces brand strategy based on precise analysis of national and global trends. afterwards, the concept, interior design and graphics have successfully unfolded into this bright coworking space. precisely, the main feature was to define the essence of visual identity through an unstructured typography that borrows the values of ‘knowledge is infinite, when you split it, it multiplies’  and ‘work.share.innovate’.

the interiors are composed of a common working zone, multipurpose rooms and the first digital production workshop of the region. upon entering, electric blue and white color patterns welcome visitors and evoke the mediterranean character of the city. furthermore, geometric shapes guide the design of objects, reinforcing the avant-garde aspect as seen in stanley kubrick movies. the studio has indeed focused on specific materials like white formica, metal, glass and textile, with tables and conference chairs from actiu and sentis designed by josep lluscà. all elements are ultimately crowned with a cubic luminary from the italian brand novalux.

the great advantage of knowhere is, first and foremost, its flexibility. the place counts thirty tables for coworkers, that can reach a count of seventy-five, informal meeting areas and an event venue. the sensation to be in a futurist surrounding is being reinforced by the graphics created by wanna one, with XXL images in black & white that seem to be taken from a scanner and accompanied by verbs that welcome to the action.
