the whole planet has a troubling issue with growing urban areas. cities are developing very fast and people are moving from their rural villages to metropolitan places. with these migrations, we consume a lot of energy and contaminate frantically. architects should create sustainable buildings that are possible to be built everywhere.

the mexican based firm YEAH architects‘ idea is to create a sustainable super-building with a shopping mall inside, as the engine of the complex. hence, the many reasons why you would want a dome shopping mall:

– energy efficiency

– they’re disaster-proof

– cheaper to build than traditional square shopping malls

– endless design possibilities

– dome-shaped homes look spectacular
