as previously reported by designboom, zaha hadid’s ‘one thousand museum’ in miami, florida is nearing completion, topping off in february 2018. the 62-story tower, with 83 half-and full-floor residences, houses a wealth of luxury amenities including a private vault, a multimedia theater, and private dining area. the building will also accessible via a private helipad — the only residential helipad on the east coast.

the project takes its name from its location opposite museum park, and offers views across biscayne bay towards miami beach. prices for each unit start at $6 million USD for a 4,600 square foot residence, while all homes feature multiple oversized balconies.
