arik levy unveils carbon fibre series at superyacht gallery in london

industrial designer arik levy exhibited his ‘carbon fibre’ series along with a collection of sculptural pieces at the superyacht gallery in london. the exhibition aimed to explore the materiality of the objects on display as well as their conceptual significance in relation to one another.  

levy who is best known for his large-scale reflective sculptures presented the ‘carbon fibre’ series at the superyacht gallery during the beginning of june. the sculptures as a whole convey a feeling of permanence through their rock-like formation and assertive stance. as a unified collection, the pieces reflect the technical skill and creative process of the artist who pushes the boundaries of what can be obtained from a chosen material.
