hungarian artist flóra borsi has conceptualized what the models of classic paintings would look like by photo-manipulating the compositions. as almost every photographer uses graphics software to complete their work, borsi swaps roles, re-imagining paintings such as those by picasso,  kees van dongen and amedeo modigliani as photo-realistic model figures. ‘some artists use pure imagination to paint their artworks, others may prefer to create art by using a real life model as reference for the anatomy,’ says borsi. ‘what if these abstract models were real people?’
